Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on Anthony Parker Official Shop.

Return window

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.

  • Standard return window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn or unused, with any tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To request a return, contact us at anthony@anthonyparkerexp.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of any damage or defect (if applicable)

We aim to respond to return requests within 2 business days.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent to:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs & method

All returns are handled by mail.

  • Change-of-mind / buyer’s remorse returns (item is not defective or incorrect):

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • You may use your own shipping method to send the item to the address above, or ask us for a prepaid label and we will deduct the cost of the label from your refund.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

    • If we confirm that the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid return label or equivalent solution.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible at anthony@anthonyparkerexp.com if:

  • The item is defective,
  • The item is damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products once delivered
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing or returning.

Note: Sale items follow the same 30-day return policy unless specifically marked as “final sale” on the product page. Final sale items can’t be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct product-for-product exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to:

  1. Follow the steps above to request a return.
  2. Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the item you want.

European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs for EU customers follow the same rules as above (customer-paid for change-of-mind, our cost for damaged/incorrect items), except where local law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved or not.

  • If approved, we will begin processing your refund within 2 business days.
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. In total, most refunds are completed within 10 business days after we receive your return.

Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error (defective item, damage, or wrong item shipped). For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are not refundable.
